We collect an email address so you can sign in, and whatever you type onto the tower. We never see your card details. We do not sell anything to anyone, and there is no advertising or tracking network on this site.

• Your email address, because sign-in is a link sent to it. There is no password.
• Your bookings — the day, the slot, the price paid, and the name, tagline, colour and link you chose to display. The name and link are public by design: that is the product.
• A visitor count. So the number on the page means something, your browser keeps a random tag that lets us tell two visitors apart. It is not linked to your account, it is not shared, and it identifies nobody.
• Which country you are in. Just the country — not a city, not an address, and never the address your device connects from. It tells us where people are reading from, and it is kept as a count rather than against your name.

There is no analytics or advertising tracking on this site. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.

Card payments are handled entirely by a specialist payment company. Your card number never reaches this site and we cannot see it — we only keep their reference for your payment, so we can match it to your booking and refund it if you need us to.

We use a small number of established companies to run the site: one to take payments, one to send the sign-in email, and one to host the site and keep its records. They only ever receive what they need to do that job, they are not permitted to use it for anything else, and none of your information is sold or shared with advertisers.

If you would like to know exactly who they are, ask us and we will tell you.

Bookings are kept while they are relevant to running the site and to our own records of what was paid. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your address and your bookings.

Write to [email protected] to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will not make you jump through hoops.
